Who is listening to me

Not a soul but on the contrary

Do you hear me you subscribed

Alone with my thoughts alive

Elated to see you were following me

Oh where could you be

A click or a chat free indeed

So many to choose hundreds to read

Heart and soul vested

Sharing doing what I’m best at

In the quiet, I write away

Topics of interest hoping you’ll stay

Who is listening to me

Following will come my words are set free

  1. I agree that blogging is lonely! Kind of like talking and nobody listening! Feedback really helps to know you’re hitting the nail on the head, or just talking!
I read you article the other day about marriage and deeply appreciated it.
Keep up the blogging! I like your thoughts!

    1. Ok you just totally made my day, thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement. My purpose in blogging is to inspire, uplift, spread positivity and hope. Meeting new people like yourself on my platform is one of the biggest blessings! Have a wonderful day.

  2. Wow, beautiful. I too feel the same way. Blogging in a sea of other bloggers, you kind of wonder if anyone is hearing your messages. I thank you for this beautiful poem. You are definitely not alone and I hear you!

  3. I hear ya! It’s so hard…I didn’t think it would be THIS hard! And it’s not even the writing of the blog post that is the hard part, it’s the getting people to have a little look. Have faith in yourself that when people find you they will be listening…

  4. So cool! This is such a true struggle when it comes to sharing your content. It can be intimidating, and at times you feel like no one cares. I dig this post a lot!

  5. I love this. It’s helpful to know that other creatives have these moments of wondering too. All it takes is hearing one or two people talk about how they are touched by your writing.

  6. Hi 🙂

This is so deep and so meaningful! As a blogger, we write our hearts out hoping that our writing will be seen, read, and interpreted the right way. Some of us use blogging as a way to vent and decompress. It’s so important for our voices to be heard.

    Thanks for sharing!
